- Qeveria flet, për lirje dhe të drejta e njeriut, por ndalon manifestimet sindikaliste, që thuajse do të organizojë në sheshe e pavilona bijtë e pasuesit e banda[s] së nazeizmit[?] në «Ali Kelmendi». Vetëm 4-5 ditë më parë mësu- am nga persona të ndryshëm se as- htu si në personin e kryetarit të ZhIVI[?] respektojnë po të njëjtën mënyrë edhe autoritetin publik të Tiranës. Po s'dihet nga qëllimi, as me drejtim, as me transparencë, sa shoqëria synon qën- drojë midis pushtetit, po një fytyrë si të ishte dikush i një partie private e jo prej popullit. Kudo qëndron larg qytetarëve, me arsye se paska përvojë dhe se paska parime të la- dritura. Në të vërtetë, nuk dihet se çfarë ndodh në zyrat e tij. Mjaft i është ndër- kryer privilegjet e tilla nga rrjedha e ko- hës si të shfaqet një kryetar i cili është bredhur[?] në pozita që nënkuptojnë liri e të shprehuri. Përse duhet publiku të marri fund[?], kur u bënë më shumë se 40 ditë nga dalja në dritë e rezultateve të zgjedhjeve të më- parshme, se zgjedhjet e 26 majit 1996 do jenë edhe më dramatike? Ky është një shenjë se Shqipëria po shkon në një demokraci të tullumbaceve e të urrejtjes të trashëguar nga politikë antipopullore. Përmi i socializmit, sipërfaqësia e qy- tetit, skena publike dhe e gjitha jeta e tij nuk duhet të jenë pronë e asnjë qeverie. Ky është testi. Qytetarët kërkojnë të ma- rrin pjesë në jetën publike e jo të përjashto- hen me urdhër. Only 4-5 days earlier we learned from various persons that just as in the person of the chairman of ZhIVI[?], they respect in the same way also the public authority of Tirana. Its aim is unclear, as is its direction and transparency; society seems to stand between power, with a face as if it were someone's private party and not of the people. Everywhere it stands far from citizens, on the grounds that it supposedly has experience and enlightened principles. In truth, it is not known what happens in its offices. The flow of time has already interrupted such privileges, so that a chairman appears who has wandered in positions that imply freedom and expression. Why should the public be brought to an end[?], when more than 40 days have passed since the previous election results came to light, and the elections of 26 May 1996 will be even more dramatic? This is a sign that Albania is heading toward a democracy of inflated balloons and hatred inherited from anti-popular politics. Under socialism, the city's surface, the public scene and all its life should not be the property of any government. This is the test. Citizens ask to take part in public life and not be excluded by order. Questo è un segno che l'Albania sta andando verso una democrazia dei palloni gonfiati e dell'odio ereditato dalla politica antipopolare. Nel socialismo, la superficie della città, la scena pubblica e tutta la sua vita non devono essere proprietà di alcun governo. Questa è la prova. Çfarë është thënë 2 vjet më parë në parlamentin shqiptar për kryimin e bankës italo - Shqiptare Shënime e botime gjysmë dekon- spirative[?] dhe artikujt e përgjithshëm pa fakte, i japin ndonjëherë një shpjegim të rremë ngjarjeve. Capovillaggio senza copricapo[?] Il capovillaggio di Tolar ha fatto passare anche due membri del consiglio del villaggio nelle file dell'opposizione, diventando il primo luogo dove si è avuto un tale movimento. Secondo gli abitanti, il capovillaggio e il consiglio non si occupano dei problemi del villaggio. Gli abitanti hanno chiesto la sua sostituzione.
