THE EXAMPLE OF MR. KLESTIL...

And I woke and sat up with the Albanian language of the Morning and I cast my eyes on our country’s newspaper 'Rilindja', where the voice of social democracy in our country was being articulated, and I was struck by it. It gave itself a clear and qualitative meaning by distancing itself from the atrophic quagmire of Marxism. Not even the socialism of the commune. A criticism of oneself, and one that has weight for the individual with the monopoly sword. All the worse where that merciful surrender of the boy in power I have experienced and known through experience before my eyes and touched with my hand and I always put it. The truth above all. But who can tell you with your coming, and in the mind of the times. And as long as we are in a period where the specters of cult and the idea of freedom appear, surely nothing remains but broken time. People who step onto the stage of our political life often lack a good understanding of the danger of excessive power. And perhaps it seems to them that their supporters are voiceless. But no. The public sees it with its own eyes and judges it with its own judgment. If there is one lesson from time, it is that no one can rule beyond moral and political responsibility. Society is not held together by empty rhetoric, but by personal example and respect for the law. Only thus can a normal state be built, where the citizen does not feel like a stranger in his own country. Otherwise, only disappointment and daily exhaustion remain. [text partly unreadable?]

There are references to democracy, citizens, institutions and the figure of the president as a symbol of the state. Harsh polemical positions and comparative examples are announced.
