NOTHING CAN STOP THE BRUTALITY OF PD POLITICAL POWER
IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY:
BERISHA'S FEAR - A SIGN OF AN IMPENDING DEFEAT...
What is worse is that one does not see in it any self-awareness; the closer it gets to the end, the more ruthless it becomes out of fear.
The leaders of the PD have fallen into confusion, they borrow and sell fear, and with no responsibility at all they turn themselves into masters of lies. Their withdrawal is inevitable. In fact, they themselves believe their own fear that the days of rule are ending.
In enterprises and cooperatives they spread vile and slanderous words about the opposition, in order to stain it and keep working people under pressure. They promise bread and meat, land and money, but people now know these lies. Disappointed, citizens see how far words are from deeds.
Despite violent propaganda, despite pressure on the administration and the working world, fear is shifting to the power itself. The Democratic Party no longer has inspiration, only orders, panic, and attacks against opponents.
Instead of governing, it produces division and threat. Instead of democracy, arbitrariness. Instead of accountability, a campaign of slander against every critical voice.
This is the clearest sign that its political end is approaching.

The anger and the breach in Birakë by President Berisha denounces Blerim Çela, a proponent of corruption
the crisis of institutions in Albania continues
The Constitutional Court, found out of function, falls outside the law
Since the beginning of 1995, the Constitutional Court has been turned into a body without authority and without weight, because no one any longer pays attention to its decisions. It has been deliberately sidelined, made invisible and powerless in the face of the executive power's interventions.
If there is one institution that, in a democratic state, must safeguard the fundamental law, it is precisely the Constitutional Court. But here it has been reduced to a decorative facade. Its decisions are ignored, its role is minimized, and the public is kept away from the truth about the conflicts unfolding at the top of the state.
The case of Blerim Çela is the clearest example of this situation. President Berisha, instead of respecting the constitutional limits of his office, has acted in a way that denounces contempt for the separation of powers.
These developments are not just clashes between individuals. They show that the crisis of institutions in Albania is deepening. The rule of law is not upheld by words, but by respect for rules, institutional independence, and accountability.
When the president chooses to speak and act as the sole arbiter, while the institutions remain silent, democracy is weakened.
In a country where corruption is mentioned only when it concerns the opponent, but is not investigated equally, justice turns into a political weapon.
It is time for the public to clearly see who is breaking the law and who is using the state for the sake of power.
29 June: Albania's admission to the Council of Europe is discussed
John Van der Broek: In the Albanian case, the criteria for which it is acceding to the Council of Europe and the democracy that has been achieved in the country, rather than political statements, must be taken into account. Both the European Parliament resolution of 11 May and the Assembly report, as well as developments that have taken place over the last six months, have been considered.

QELISHI: State prosecutor or political spokesperson for the PD?!
Do you want more anti-occipital calamity, and if the institution does not work, do you declare and score points as if you had uncovered the great coup plot and then send it on 23 May 1995 to the political bench against the law and parliament?!
In today's model of governance, ministers speak like party commissars, prosecutors like militants, and courts like instruments of pressure. When propaganda rules, justice fades.
Our voice is that of the citizen who demands accountability, not the political theater of case files.

400 thousand dollars leave the vote to Zëri i Popullit
KQZ Decision no. 245, dated 17 May 1995, in favor of "Drite 2000" sh.a. obliges the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications to immediately begin the procedures for settling the fine unlawfully imposed on our newspaper. This fact has been officially acknowledged, but the implementation of the decision is being delayed.
We consider this yet another proof of the unfair treatment of the opposition press and of the use of the administration for political purposes.
