The blackmail with the files from RD against Berisha and Gazidede is unconstitutional

- Gjinushi to the judges: A fair decision would pave the way for the application of article 27-a of law 7491, which gives the right to sue those responsible for the president in this matter. Violation - The deputy editor-in-chief, after the conclusion of the session of the special court hearing for the libel case brought by the newspaper "Zëri i Popullit" against the President of the Republic M. Alia, was in a hearing with the prosecutor. During this session, the prosecutor in the case, M. Gjikaj, presented 5 documents and 9 photographs today to the court in support of his accusation. Since these documents had long been deposited with the court, the defense attorney denounced that they had been taken out illegally and, with the knowledge of SHIK structures and the newspaper "Rilindja Demokratike", their publication was organized before the case was examined in court. Thus, with the whole legal and constitutional order of Albania, under the pretext of searching for the truth, blackmail and political pressure on the court are being used. In his remarks, the chairman of the PSDSh, Skënder Gjinushi, said that bringing these materials into the public sphere before the court decision constitutes a serious unconstitutional and anti-democratic act, because it aims to influence the bench and distort the process. He stressed that if the court reaches a fair decision, the way will be opened for the implementation of article 27-a of law 7491 regarding the respective responsibilities of the president in this matter.
