Page 3 The 96th Conference of the Inter-Parliamentary Union The fifth resolution for Nano From the monitoring of tonight’s Monday session, according to our time, the 120th Assembly of the Union adopted the so-called fifth resolution on Mr. Fatos Nano. Under the pretext of debating “procedural rules” in the first session after the decision of the previous session, the current crisis within the socialist group, in protest, has cast a shadow over the debate on the Albanian campaign in defense of the opposition and parliamentarianism. The debates were held from 15-20 September 1996. Not even the representation of the four East European countries stopped the world parliament from once again taking on the Albanian issue on the international parliamentary agenda.
