At the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office:
The PSSH has submitted a request to the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office for criminal proceedings against several senior officials of the Interior Ministry, the Police Directorate and Tirana police stations, who directed and led the use of violence at the peaceful rally in “Skënderbej” Square on 19.01.1997, and the unlawful detentions during the following night.
