We say that all this, linked to the further rise in the government’s unpopularity among the people, is especially evident when it comes to important areas of financing, such as pensions and services, etc., in which the government acts with outright robbery and with calculated aims of further ruin for consumers. 1- To characterize the government’s theft and legal cunning regarding the bankruptcy of the Republic, with extension in question and especially with procedures for bankruptcy, making it wealthy in a situation not at all detached from ruinous calculations at the expense of consumers. The Central Bank and all state banks incriminated in the deep destruction of their reserve fund, to the detriment of Albanian citizens, must be held criminally and civilly responsible. All this must be followed by the criminal and civil responsibility of the Central Bank and state banks and all state structures, up to the governmental justice of the type of a national criminal masterpiece.
