EDITORIAL The blockade is trying to provoke the people of Vlora and the vandals with its half-crazed babble and the buildings in that city; slanderous and threatening accusations are being made! Silent people, women and children freely seek peace and go out into the streets asking for peace, but the hand of provocateurs incites them to violence and chaos.
