The Minister of the Interior must hand over the weapons

The promise of the Socialist candidate for the post of future president, Rexhep Meidani: It is no coincidence that the Arab scene is being shaken by troubled criminal events, as in the case of the armed groups that have controlled and kept under pressure the majority of defenseless citizens. The time has come to hold accountable the state structures that have allowed the deterioration of public order. Today, when the peace of the country and of Albanian families has been threatened, determination is needed to restore the lost trust in law and the state. This requires a new policy of responsibility and not excuses. If the Minister of the Interior fails to fulfill the constitutional mission, then he must hand over the weapons and make way for another institutional solution. This is a demand of citizens who expect security, not empty statements.
