1993 - 30 July - 1997 Four years ago, precisely on 30 July 1993, the wicked Berisha unleashed his entire democratic machine, strengthened within the state administration and in the shadows. Against the Berisha supporters, he aimed the slanderous stain of “traitor” and “criminal”. This political desecration, the elimination of political opponents, was aimed at the imprisonment of the man who, with the keenest awareness, belonged to the whole people. It was the imprisonment of the whole people that was consciously intended. There is no point in the importance of this clear logic, but it marks the beginning of the seizure of civic freedom, the beginning of a swift repression by a handful, a line of color, the violence of a bandit power and its long-tailed followers, and an alcohol-fuelled silence in order to touch the true Albanian law against the chief crime. It remains as a criminal act, and nothing else can revive the political prisoner of these days, Nano’s misery, the days of central freedoms and their exercise, and the obstacles caused by the law. Nano, although at the very centre of everything and of the ongoing movement, is strengthened by the complete break with the law in Albania and the disintegration of the situation, thus by every other conviction and by a certain harshness of the rapid developments it produces. It remains as if within a table where it is now turning into a movement of the majority and the minority against the person and bodily youth and in the scenes of governance of conduct. Still, the abuse of laws to proclaim Nano's killings as normal slanders and plebiscitary actions should not be allowed to end decisively on 30 July 1993. On 26 and 30 July 1996, Berisha was the same as what had been filled with four years since the notorious event, and the political condition of that Nano. And the situation was a backlash in “spiritual spirit”, which was creating the chief aim of being pushed beyond that time, of suspicious sweats and of “exploitation” Now everything has gone and come to an end under education. Now everything belongs not to the prices of resurrection and the leaflets and the cells. On Nano’s spirit there was laid, like a heavy weight and a second killing, an excessive compromise. In this and the painful truth of grief, and the Albanian writer, it is also to be understood that Albania has now finally decided not to go on with the imprisonment of Nano, and of Albania on 30 July 1993. Precisely on 30 July 1993, four years from the “It was said, it was spoken” of the director of this Albania. This too is certainly necessary, if not national. Iluan M Rama
