Justice—a hotbed of corruption, a section of the Democratic Party A law on the reorganization of the justice bodies is a necessity Berisha and Berishism continue to scream about the so-called revenge of the Socialists. They make a din [wrong?] and illegal that was followed in this case. The foundation was wrong because it also passed DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF ALBANIA PERMET BRANCH GOVERNING COUNCIL No. 1 Prot. of the justice bodies is a necessity

They make a din with all kinds of baseless accusations and slanders, hoping they can hide, at least a little, their endless deeds, which culminated in the destruction of everything this people had built over the years, and in thousands and thousands being killed and wounded throughout Albania. Their defiance is nothing more and nothing less than crime defying the rule-of-law state; it is corruption defying the efforts being made to rebuild the institutions of the state governed by law. Should this still be tolerated, and for how long? Not for revenge or retaliation, but solely to punish the murderer, the criminal, the thief. “We have no evidence,” some naive person, pampered by the sycophants who until yesterday had only the knife, the rubber truncheon and the bullet as their means of communicating with citizens seeking freedom, might reply. But what other evidence is needed to convince these people of Albania’s destruction? Are more than 2,000 people killed as a result of the criminal plans of early March this year not enough? Let us look carefully at the facsimile we are publishing in full. These are names put forward by the Democratic Party for accelerated courses for the justice bodies. Without wishing in any way to prejudge the individuals concerned, we publicly denounce the improper and illegal procedure followed in this case. I call it improper because it goes even further than the practices of the Labour Party, when it was legally established as the state party in Albania. It is illegal because it conflicts with laws that the DP itself passed when it was in power, since the justice bodies were supposed to be depoliticized and depoliticized. However, it is not enough merely to denounce such a practice. It must be condemned. Let the guilty parties answer for it, while those employed in these bodies through illegal channels should, at the very least, be immediately removed from the justice bodies, which, it turns out, were nothing more than obedient sections of Berisha’s party. That is why we reiterate that passing the law on the reorganization of the justice system is a necessity. Otherwise, any effort, however honest, to create an independent and impartial judicial system will fail. The rule-of-law state will be delayed; Berisha can keep screaming. In the face of countless facts, he has no alternative. The punishment of crime and criminals drives him mad. (Wasn’t the release from prison of 57 dangerous criminals by presidential decree denounced, just days before the June 29 elections, without it being followed by any concrete measure?) Stability and normality in the life of the country drive him mad.
