Nine[?] apartments destroyed, people escape alive
TIRANA, 11 November / At 02:30, a very large quantity of tritol exploded forcefully beneath the balcony of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Fehmi Abdiu. Around 02:30 the ground shook violently, covering the city with an unusual shock. Many homes were damaged, but fortunately there were no deaths.
At the scene, large numbers of police officers, experts, and prosecutors are working to shed light on the attack. According to initial sources, the explosive device was placed near the building where Fehmi Abdiu lives and was intended to physically eliminate him.
Initial checks show that the explosion badly damaged the entrance of the building, windows, doors, and partition walls of several apartments. The residents escaped by a miracle.
The event has created a heavy atmosphere of tension in the capital.

The institutions of justice and the constitutional court were in their crosshairs.
