ITALIAN - Albanian Minister of Defence Luan Hajdaraga stated last night to the press, after the start of NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, that Albania’s sovereignty would not be affected in the event of an alliance “intervention” in Kosovo. According to a spokesperson for the Ministry of Defence, “Albania and all its territories are guaranteed by the weapons of the United States”.
