Here are the five phases of the attack
PHASE 0: Started by NATO as early as autumn, to be reinforced with personnel and operational equipment. This phase involved around 400 aircraft. Mainly based in Italy or on aircraft carriers and naval combat units in the Adriatic for maneuver exercises. Phase 1: To attack mainly with missiles against military targets such as command centers, ammunition depots, radar installations, communication centers. It begins with fighter aircraft and commandos from agents on the ground, coordinated with the bombing of the power plant.

PHASE 2: After a major “weakening,” coalition units begin to operate with “Apache” helicopters to hit any moving Serbian military vehicle, and with “Stealth” aircraft to blind Serbian air defense. The aim of the phase is the destruction of command and control centers.
PHASE 3: A bombardment of the Serbs’ supply lines, air bases and infrastructure, and psychological warfare that cuts off their movements. From this moment, an order may be given for Kosovo, with a “ground intervention,” so that “agreements” in the war in Belgrade can be carried out.
PHASE 4: 24-72 hours to conclude the operation. The aim is to paralyze and trap the armed forces, leaving them stunned and frightened. This is the stage of collecting the aircraft’s aftermath and the Marines entering. Conclusion of the operation.

Olivier giarninon: If Albania is touched, America is touched
The prominent Serbian months from O[]garët, faced with the war-driven attack by NATO, have said that the Kosovo Albanians will face “genocid të shperbluar” against the West, while it will be acknowledged that a “viges shqiptare e rindimshme” in the future will be the “main targets”.
The Prime Minister frowned over the “garrison” pr[r]ectives from Mali to the American fleet and ordered the movement of the locals for “non-information” to be “significantly worse than the vulnerable one”.

Hidalgago: Sovereignty guaranteed
ITALIAN - Albanian Minister of Defence Luan Hajdaraga stated last night to the press, after the start of NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, that Albania’s sovereignty would not be affected in the event of an alliance “intervention” in Kosovo.
According to a spokesperson for the Ministry of Defence, “Albania and all its territories are guaranteed by the weapons of the United States”.
Commenting on the NATO bombings, Minister Hajdaraga described the Serbian government as “the dictatorship regime” and the Yugoslav one as “the force of evil in the Balkans”.
He called NATO’s bombings “legitimate defense” and added that “even if there is withdrawal or political uncertainty from the allied governments, the North Atlantic alliance will carry the military operation through to the end, forcing Slobodan Milošević to withdraw his forces from Kosovo”.
The Albanian minister said that “the final goal is to establish peace in the region, but the war was caused by Belgrade”.
He expressed confidence that “the alliance’s military operation in Yugoslavia does not target the people of Yugoslavia and its army, but the figure of the dictator” and stressed that the air bombings will turn the Serbian weapon “into a movable layer”.
He described Belgrade as a “war machine” and said that “the Milošević regime tried to wipe out freedom and democracy throughout the region”.
As for NATO’s position in Albania, he stressed that “our commander, the American general, despite the difficulties, will help our country”.
