This congress was the first one held after the organization’s previous congresses. Delegates from many countries took part, and the situation of the communities and their representation in state institutions was discussed.
According to the speakers, FGRSH seeks more rights and equality for its members. The need to improve their position in public life and preserve cultural identity was discussed.
The congress also emphasized the importance of political organization and direct representation in important decisions.
In the text of the greeting speech, Saphija and Doke are also mentioned, who are said to have remained in the same situation as before.
Edhe fati ku ishin
Ky kongres ishte i pari, i cili u mba! pas mbajtjes së kongreseve të mëparshme të organizatës. Në të morën pjesë delegatë nga shumë vende dhe u diskutua për gjendjen e komuniteteve dhe përfaqësimin në institucionet shtetërore.
Sipas folësve, FGRSH-ja kërkon më shumë të drejta dhe barazi për pjesëtarët e saj. U fol për nevojën e përmirësimit të pozitës së tyre në jetën publike dhe për ruajtjen e identitetit kulturor.
Në kongres u theksua gjithashtu rëndësia e organizimit politik dhe përfaqësimit të drejtpërdrejtë në vendimet e rëndësishme.
Në tekstin e fjalës së përshëndetjes përmenden edhe Saphija dhe Doke, të cilët thuhet se mbetën në të njëjtën gjendje si më parë.

Questo congresso fu il primo tenuto dopo i precedenti congressi dell’organizzazione. Vi presero parte delegati di molti paesi e si discusse della situazione delle comunità e della loro rappresentanza nelle istituzioni statali.
Secondo gli oratori, la FGRSH chiede più diritti e uguaglianza per i suoi membri. Si parlò della necessità di migliorare la loro posizione nella vita pubblica e di preservare l’identità culturale.
Il congresso sottolineò anche l’importanza dell’organizzazione politica e della rappresentanza diretta nelle decisioni importanti.
